Social Science Research Network (SSRN) is devoted to the rapid worldwide dissemination of social science research and is composed of a number of specialized research networks in each of the social sciences.Each of SSRN's networks encourages the early distribution of research results by publishing Submitted abstracts and by soliciting abstracts of top quality research papers around the world. one of the important part of SSRN for the Law Students is the Legal Scholarship Network (LSN).

 

The Legal Scholarship Network (LSN) is directed by Bernard Black and Ronald J. Gilson. Black is Chabraja Professor, Northwestern University Law School and Kellogg School of Management, and Fellow at the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI). Gilson is Meyers Professor of Law and Business at the Stanford Law School, and Marc & Eva Stern Professor of Law and Business at the Columbia Law School.
